Airport shuttle services will be arranged on the day of arrival from the airport to the recommended hotels and from the recommended hotels to the airport on the day of departure. Liaison officers will be waiting to guide you to the shuttle. Transport from the Airport will be provided from 18th to 20th May 2024. Participants are encouraged to specify on the registration form whether they will utilize airport shuttle services.
Group shuttle service will be provided from the hotel listed on the event website to the BICC.
If you are staying at a different hotel, you can make your way to the shuttle pickup area or take a taxi. Most destinations are within the $0-$0 range.
